Common Questions About Your Protection

What happens if the Intended Parents run out of money?
This is exactly why we use an Escrow Account. Before you start medication, the parents must deposit the funds. The money is held by a third-party attorney, not the parents, ensuring your payments are guaranteed regardless of their financial changes.
Do I have to use the parents' lawyer?
Absolutely not. To avoid any conflict of interest, you will have your own independent attorney specializing in reproductive law. Their job is to protect your rights, and their fees are fully paid by the intended parents.
What if I have complications or need a C-section?
Your health is the priority. Your contract will explicitly outline additional compensation for invasive procedures like C-sections, amniocentesis, or carrying multiples (twins). Additionally, comprehensive health insurance is provided to cover medical costs.
Who makes the medical decisions?
You and your doctor do. While the intended parents may have preferences (which are discussed and agreed upon in the contract beforehand), your bodily autonomy is respected under California law.

Your Peace of Mind is Our Priority.
